• Lancashire
• ASAP
• 8 months
• Up to £20 per hour depending on experience

Requirements

• To deliver face to face and telephone PWP sessions.
• To undertake PWP telephone assessments with patients entering the service.
• To help facilitate Step 2 groups.
• 4 days, 30 hours. Days and times to be agreed
• Postgraduate qualification
• DBS or Police Check
• Registered with relevant goverment body
