You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our web and mobile applications. • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated)
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues across the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality
• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with best practices for testing, security, and documentation

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray)
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and ability to use tools like Postman or Swagger
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6)
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
