Software QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) | LegalTech – £85,000 | Hybrid (London / UK)Here at Burns Sheehan, we have exclusively partnered with an exciting fast-growing LegalTech company who are at the forefront of AI-driven solutions. With their cutting-edge products they are able help legal professionals draft, review, and execute contracts with ease and work as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s leading law firms and financial institutions.As a result, they are looking for anexperienced Software QA Engineer to join their ever-growing team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring their latest AI-powered features and products are rigorously tested, delivering exceptional quality, performance, and reliability across both desktop and web applications.Initially the role will be split between 80% Manual & 20% Automation Testing but what they want this person to do is help gradually move the company across to a more automated environment.What You’ll Be Doing:🔹 Design, develop, and execute automated & manual tests for AI and non-AI systems using C#🔹 Perform end-to-end, API, UI/UX, performance, security, and regression testing.🔹 Contribute to software quality improvements & code reviews🔹 Continuously improve testing processes, implementing new tools & automation techniques🔹 Work closely with fellow Engineers / Stakeholders to align on test strategies and outcomes🔹 Gain exposure to AI/LLM model testing, ensuring accuracy and performanceWhat We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in manual & automation testing for desktop and/or web applications
• Proficiency in C# or Python to develop and maintain automated test suites
• Experience with Desktop Applications (Windows)
• Experience in software QA methodologies, and API testing specifically
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and cloud-based testing environments (a plus)
• Experience with AI/LLM projects or testing AI model accuracy and reliability (a bonus!)
• Strong collaboration & communication skills-working alongside developers, QAs & project managers
• Agile mindset-experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
