• Lead and mentor a QA team (5+ direct reports)

• Oversee all regulatory submission processes and document control

• Optimize tools and drive process improvements

• Ensure compliance with laws and internal standards

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training

• Track team performance and report to senior management

What we’re Looking For

• 5+ years in QA management (5+ direct reports)

• Strong QA operations background; multi-site experience is a plus

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Legal Assistant certification preferred

• Fluent English; strong organizational and leadership skills
