Our client, a renowned medical device manufacturer, seeks a QA Manager for their Production site. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead a larger team, enhancing your leadership skills and fostering a culture of collaboration and energy. Role Responsibilities:

* Implement quality assurance strategies aligned with the company’s mission of utilizing advanced, automated production technology.
* Ensure compliance with ISO-13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 standards, contributing to the organization’s excellence in healthcare production.
* Guide and develop a top-performing team on quality requirements and GMP rules, enhancing departmental growth and effectiveness through improved teamwork.

Requirements:

* Master’s degree in Science or Engineering
* Multiple years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) within a production environment of the medical device, pharmaceutical or food industry.
* Several years of direct people management experience.
* Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a big plus.
* Fluent level of Dutch and English is required
