QA Officer – Arnhem, The Netherlands

We’re seeking a motivated QA Officer to join our Quality team. In this role, you’ll be central to ensuring product and process compliance, with responsibilities such as:

Handling and documenting product complaints
*

Carrying out Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities
*

Assisting operational departments with changes, non-conformities, and CAPA initiatives
*

Finding practical solutions within regulatory frameworks
*

Encouraging and strengthening quality awareness across the organization

Your strong communication skills and collaborative mindset will help you work effectively with different teams to continuously refine our quality systems.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

Understands medical device regulations (ISO 13485) or has experience in a similar regulated environment (e.g., GMP in pharma)
*

Ideally brings experience with Risk Management, PMS, and complaints handling
*

Communicates effectively and helps others embrace a culture of quality
*

Works well in a team and focuses on practical solutions
*

Holds a bachelor’s degree (HBO level or equivalent)
*

Is fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
