• Lead a performance-oriented team, providing timely feedback and fostering an efficient and innovative environment.
• Manage QC laboratory activities and ensure reliable results in line with global regulations.
• Supervise advanced techniques (LC-MS, UPLC/HPLC, molecular biology tests, etc.).
• Ensure alignment with international standards (FDA, EMA) and audit preparation.
• Foster cooperation between teams and introduce cutting-edge QC methodologies.
• Develop QC plans for business success

About you:

• PhD or MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of experience in QC or biopharma manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of international regulations and QC practices.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
