Job Opening: Qualification & Validation Engineer (Arnhem Region, Medical Devices)

Your Role
As a Qualification & Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing validation policies to ensure process improvements are properly executed. You will also take on project leadership responsibilities, guiding and implementing key initiatives within your area of expertise. In this role, you will work closely with departments such as Operations, R&D, Technical Development (TD), Quality Assurance (QA), and Regulatory Affairs (RA).
Your key responsibilities include:
x2714; Developing and maintaining validation policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
x2714; Leading qualification and validation activities following URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
x2714; Managing and overseeing improvement projects from initiation to implementation
x2714; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance validation strategies
x2714; Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality management systems
Who We’re Looking For
x2705; Education: A technical bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or higher
x2705; Experience: Proven experience in qualification and validation processes (URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ)
x2705; Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the medical device industry and its regulatory requirements
x2705; Quality-Oriented Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to process improvements
x2705; Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
