The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing testing processes, leading small to medium-sized projects, and working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Responsibilities:

• Lead a small to medium-sized testing team and manage their workflow.
• Prepare and maintain key testing documentation, including Test Strategy and Test Plan.
• Develop and execute regression test suites.
• Ensure adherence to software quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate defect triage and perform root cause analysis.
• Create and execute automated test scripts.
• Develop dashboards and daily status reports for clients.
• Manage requirements gathering, system analysis, and finalization of technical/functional specifications.
• Conduct review activities such as requirements review, test strategy review, and test case review.
• Ensure proper execution of test plans and maintain functional test coverage.
• Interact with team members to ensure smooth project progress and adherence to quality norms.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in test leadership and software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
• Expertise in both Functional Testing and Banking Domain.
• Sound knowledge of Waterfall & Agile Testing Processes and DevOps Methodologies.
• Experience in automation testing, including script creation and execution.
• Familiarity with test strategy development, system analysis, and requirement management.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting UAT and working closely with business users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
