• Play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across user interactions.
• Conducting quality reviews, providing feedback, and implementing process improvements.
• Collaborating with Industry Sales Engineers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Product Sales Engineers to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Work creatively, independently, and proactively to support Bentley’s commitment to delivering exceptional user support and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Deliver high-quality customer support and enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a customer support or sales environment.
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Proactive, creative, and independent with a strong commitment to excellence.
