Position Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Bentley, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to advancing infrastructure for a better quality of life. Responsibilities:

-Play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across user interactions.
-Conducting quality reviews, providing feedback, and implementing process improvements.
-Collaborating with Industry Sales Engineers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Product Sales Engineers to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
-Work creatively, independently, and proactively to support Bentley’s commitment to delivering exceptional user support and maintaining high standards of quality.
-Deliver high-quality customer support and enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
 

Qualifications:

-A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or experience.
-At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a customer support or sales environment.
-Proficiency in quality assurance tools.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
-Detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
-Proactive, creative, and independent with a strong commitment to excellence.
