Quality Assurance Manager

As a QA Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards within this progressive environment, ensuring that production processes meet the highest regulatory and compliance requirements while supporting a people-oriented culture.

Role Responsibilities:
* Management of the QA Production team to ensure effective control and support of manufacturing and related operational activities.
* Ensure compliance with ISO-13485 and contributing to the organization’s excellence in healthcare production.
* Lead and train a top-performing team on quality requirements and GMP rules, enhancing departmental growth and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Higher education degree in pharmacy, industrial engineering, or bio-engineering
* Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences production
* Strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO-13485, quality assurance, GMP compliance, and document management.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
