Quality Assurance Manager

Our client, a renowned global medical device manufacturer located just east of Brussels, is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their Production team. You’ll contribute your expertise, strengthen team cohesion, and inspire continuous improvement. Role Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the QA Production team with a strong focus on production and manufacturing processes to ensure effective quality control throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle.
* Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 standards.
* Mentor and empower your team, instilling deep knowledge of quality requirements and GMP rules to foster growth and heightened collaboration.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, life science, food science, industrial engineering, or bio-engineering, or a related field.
* Multiple years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) within a production environment of the medical device, pharmaceutical or food industry.
* Several years of direct people management experience (1+)
* Required language skills include Dutch and English.
* A bonus would be experience in root cause analysis and process improvement.
