Do you have a technical background and enjoy implementing improvements and establishing new work methods?At Draxton Atxondo, located in Vizcaya, we are looking to hire a Quality Control Coordinator.In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the Metrology, Test Control, and X-Ray teams, with the goal of optimizing processes and ensuring excellence in our products.You will report hierarchically and functionally to the Quality Manager.🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Propose, assign, and oversee workload distribution based on area priorities.
• Actively collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives, defect reduction, and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures through audits and follow-ups.
• Participate in team training and development.
• Ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions based on statistical analysis.
• Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

💡 To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Academic background: Degree in Chemistry.
• Experience: Previous professional experience in industrial environments, preferably related to quality or production processes.
• Languages: Functional level of English, capable of handling basic and technical communications.
