Find more information at:Job DescriptionMain task and responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining project quality management documentation on site
• Help report on quality on both corporate and project level;
• Assist the site team in the development of method statements and inspection and test plans including the review of method statements and inspection & test plan of subcontractors and suppliers;
• Assist the project team in the choice of execution methods;
• Follow-up of the quality controls to be performed as per Inspection and test plan;
• Support the site team in case of quality problems and / or quality related questions by linking the site team to internal and/or external professionals;
• Help communicate (good and bad) quality experiences within the organization including the development of Lessons Learned and Best Practices.

QualificationsProfile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience on a construction site
• Proven experience with Quality Management in a construction environment on site
• Thorough knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• French and English speaking
• English language proficiency (preferred)
• Familiarity with Lean construction principles and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
• Quality Management certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar (preferred)
• Willingness to travel and work on various project sites as needed
