Position overview

Join our global Data Management team as a Quality Data Management Specialist, ensuring the quality and consistency of SAP master data while collaborating with internal stakeholders to address data-related issues, questions, and requests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support global business processes in a cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities
-To create and maintain global Quality Management master data set in SAP system according to data governance processes;
-Collaborate with regional Quality Control Managers within the organization to ensure the consistent setup of global master data;
-Understand the business processes and their relevant supporting master data, and ensure the validity of data definitions;
-Maintain and further develop complex master data queries and tooling;
-Contribute to global initiatives and projects that involve data cleansing, standardization, mapping, or conversion activities;
-Participate in testing of system improvements;
-Support requests related to Quality master data;
-Establish processes to ensure effective data, secure Data Governance.

Required skills and experience
-Experience in Data Management or Master Data related field supported by ERP environment
-Bachelor’s degree can be a student able to work full-time
-Advanced knowledge of Excel (MS Access) is a must
-Programming skills will be considered a plus
-Upper-intermediate (B2) English skills, both written and spoken
-Sense for data quality and accuracy
-Capable of dealing with complex environments (data, systems, rules, etc.)
-Ability to deliver a clear message to the stakeholders by having good communication skills
-Capable of working under stress, and evaluating priorities and their impacts
-Understanding of processes in a chemical manufacturing company.
