Quality Director

We are seeking an experienced Quality Director to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Navarra. This is a strategic leadership role for professionals passionate about quality excellence and compliance in the pharma industry.

* Navarra, Spain (on-site or candidates must be willing to relocate)

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all products, processes, and systems comply with the highest quality standards.
* Oversee the achievement of the company’s quality objectives and milestones.
* Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with international regulations.
* Lead, manage, and develop large quality teams.
* Prepare for, coordinate, and lead internal and external audits (including regulatory inspections).

Requirements

* University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in senior quality roles within the pharmaceutical industry, managing large teams.
* In-depth knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EMA regulations.
* Fluent in Spanish and in English (C1 level).
