The ideal candidate will combine meticulous attention to detail with a proactive approach to process improvement that supports our organisations growth.This role is essential in upholding our documentation standards, ensuring compliance, and supporting our organisation’s commitment to excellence.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in gas testing requirements and procedures
• Build comprehensive knowledge of gas instrumentation requirements and procedures
• Master laboratory requirements and procedures
• Gain full understanding of all aspects of the GAS ISO17025 quality management system
• Manage and control the filing of quality documentation
• Review project data against required specifications, including test reports and certificates
• Assist in quality review of internal documents such as work instructions and validation protocols
• Support internal audit processes
• Contribute to quality investigations
• Provide documentation support for customer and regulatory audits
• Promote a positive culture and support all departments
• Maintain health and safety standards for yourself, colleagues, and clients

QualificationsRequirements

• 2+ years of experience in a quality role within a regulated environment would be desirable
• Qualification in a relevant field would be beneficial but full training will be given.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Advanced PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues at all levels
• Self-motivated with ability to work under own initiative
