Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring full commitment to the Safety-First principals 
• Allocation of resources of the quality department 
• Establish and strictly control the quality budget 
• Define Quality KPIs according to the corporation rules and following them up 
• Managing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) 
• Managing Quality Department including Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Process & Product Quality, Training 
and Laboratory functions, support local PSS 
• Managing customer- and quality system audits, internal process audits and supplier audits 
• Working with and supporting other departnents 
• Assuring the quality support for the product and process development phases, from prototyping to production 
and to service parts, based on the APQP methodology 
• Leading Dana Operating system (DOS) deployment in LV Thermal plant 
• Create DOS & Business Excellence Training plants for LV Thermal plant 
• Monitoring operations of PT plant, and identify efficiency and process improvement possibilities 
• Define, and build up saving projects with involvement of local organization & management 
• Manage any DOS and Business Excellence project at LV Thermal plant 

Requirements:

College or university degree in engineering technology 
• 7-10 years of experience quality field and in international working environment 
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills 
• Outstanding communication skills 
• Proficient in MS 
• Fluent English written and verbal 
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
