Who are we looking for?
The purpose of the role of Quality Engineer is to provide efficient support to Quality Assurance Manager in the handling and structural problem solving of internal/external complaints, and internal auditing. Improve current processes and implement sustainable long term corrective actions across the manufacturing divisions, and also identify opportunities to drive quality Management Systems objectives to achieve and maintain best practices in accordance with certified system standards, global company policies and customer expectations.

What will you be doing?
As Quality Engineer your role will include

-Quality assurance of products produced by the company
-Ensure the quality based on IATF 16949 standard, and internal regulations
-Use analysis, problem-solving methods
-Active participation in internal and customer audits
-Coordinate the customer / internal and supplier complaint activities, participate in introducing improvement actions and follow up the processes
-Follow-up and develop the production quality and customer satisfaction
-Submit PPAP documentation packages to customers

Who are You?

Ideally you need to have

-Engineering degree (Technical College or University)
-Minimum 3 years experience in a similar function in an industrial environment (preferably one year of relevant automotive experience)
-Good command of English and Hungarian languages
-High level of MS Office knowledge
-Technical approach and view
-Auditor qualifications, experience
-Perfect understanding and ability to use quality tools (PPAP, SPC, 8D, APQP, MSA, FMEA, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5Why, etc.)
-IATF 16949 basic knowledge
-Strong, flexible and results-oriented personality

-Detailed knowledge of International Standards relating to: Awareness of Environment ISO 14001 and for Health & Safety ISO 45001
-Strong Operations and manufacturing background
-Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Green/Black Belt, Six Sigma
-Experience in working for a global company
-VDA 6.3 / VDA 6.5 / IATF16949 auditor
