We are a member of the ATS Life Sciences Systems family, specializing in the design and integration of automation and handling solutions, including the production of custom machines and mechanical equipment. We are looking for a new team member for the position of Quality Management Specialist (Junior), who has expertise in quality management and experience with the
 ISO 9001:2015 standard. We seek someone capable of analyzing processes, coordinating external audits, conducting internal audits, and contribute to the improvement of the QMS. If you enjoy optimizing processes, working with the process owners improving their Quality-KPIs, and collaborating across departments, you are exactly the person we are looking for!

Main Responsibilities:

-Closely, work with the site management team to drive and develop the local Quality Management system in compliance to ISO 9001.
-Actively support the implementation and coordination of quality management measures in compliance with ISO 9001.
-Assisting in defining quality objectives and monitoring their achievement using Quality-Key Performance Indicators.
-Planning and conducting internal audits.
-Implementing improvement measures and activities within the quality management system and monitoring their execution.
-Create and update quality-related documentation.
-Optimizing processes
across all departments.
-Reviewing supplier documentation relevant to quality during supplier approvals.
-Supporting the preparation and execution of external audits.
-Assisting other departments with quality management tasks using relevant methods and procedures.
-Training, coaching, and applying quality techniques and methods
for employees.
-Planning and conducting employee training on quality management inputs and documentation.
-Reporting to the LSS Quality Leader in the Life Sciences Segment.
-Performing other tasks as needed.
 

Requirements:

-Engineering technician, high school or university degree (absolvent would be fine) in a technical field, ideally focused on quality management, process management, or production.
-Completed training for Quality Representatives
  related to ISO 9001 or industrial standards based on it (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, VDA 6.3).
-Experience in conducting internal audits (ISO 9001) is an advantage.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management.
-Very good written and spoken knowledge of Czech and English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
-Knowledge of quality methods and tools (Q-KPI, internal audits, process analysis, root cause analysis).
-Strong proficiency in MS Office.
-Experience with internal audits, process optimization, supplier documentation review, and external audit preparation.
-Ability to train and coach employees in quality methodologies and process management.
-Analytical thinking, independence, organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, stress resistance, and teamwork skills
