Start Date: ImmediateAn established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a high-profile supermarket build in Dublin’s North City. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes real pride in quality and has a sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to brickwork and finishing standards.This role would suit someone coming from a Building Inspector or Clerk of Works background, with solid experience in construction and a strong understanding of current building regulations.The Role:As Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a project that meets the highest standards. You’ll work alongside the site team to ensure every stage of construction aligns with specifications, regulations, and client expectations.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Carrying out detailed inspections, with a focus on brickwork, structural elements, and finishingEnsuring all work complies with the latest building regulations and quality benchmarksMaintaining quality documentation and records, including NCRs and snag listsSupporting site management and subcontractors in maintaining high standardsLiaising with the design and project teams to address quality issues proactivelyWhat We’re Looking For:Background in construction with a focus on quality control or inspectionStrong working knowledge of Irish building regulationsKeen eye for detail and commitment to excellence in workmanshipExperience in a quality-driven role such as Clerk of Works or Building InspectorConfident communicator with a practical, hands-on approachWhat’s on Offer:Immediate startExcellent salary and benefitsOpportunity to work on a flagship retail developmentSupportive team environment with opportunities for future growthINDSD
