The position

As Quality Responsible Manager, you will be responsible for releasing products to the market and ensuring that Quality Management System is in full compliance with all current legislative requirements. You will review and approve deviations, customer complaints, also their associated investigations and corrective & preventive actions. You will be responsible for oversight of warehouse and ensure GDP is followed. You will be oversight of 3rd party activities and assisting in the audits when needed and be a representative during inspections and other competent authorities.

Your responsibilities will also include;

-Managing Change Control activities and successful implementation of the actions, product recall activities, external regulations, and trainings.
-Implementing better ways of working that are quality related and cost effective and demonstrate continuous improvements.
-Preparing Quality Agreements in collaboration with supplier/service provider, also reviewing and approving qualification/validation protocols, reports, SOP’s, and other related documentation.
-Establishing a quality risk management approach in projects to ensure that quality is understood and managed by all stakeholders throughout the product life cycle.
-Pro-actively participating to the optimization of the quality system by proposing new procedures, tools, or modification of existing ones.
 

Qualifications

You have a minimum bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine, Chemistry, or a relevant area. You will have at least 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry with a minimum of 2 years practical experience in manufacturing, quality assurance or quality control areas. Previous experience as a Quality Responsible Manager in the Pharmaceutical industry will be considered a plus. You have excellent command over both written and spoken English. Further sought-after skills are;

-You are proficient in MS Office

-You are flexible result oriented and collaborative
 

About the Department

Legal, Ethics, Compliance and Quality department is responsible for supporting Türkiye Affiliate of Novo Nordisk in all legal, ethics compliance and quality related topics and ensuring the implementation of the global and local policies and requirements in Türkiye.
