It provides a valuable experience in US GAAP financial reporting, subject matter expertise in full end-to-end process supporting your professional growthYour main tasksPerform general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, and treasury accounting in line with global standardsExecute month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and Trial Balance validationPrepare and submit financial reports in HFM according to the close calendarEnsure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and local statutory requirementsIdentify and address financial risks through thorough account reconciliationsCollaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to provide accurate financial dataSupport senior accountants and contribute to the development of junior analystsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and standardizationMaintain up-to-date procedures and support business continuity and performance targetsYour ideal backgroundBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field * Prior experience in R2R/GL processes is requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in a financial shared service center, preferably supporting multiple regions or business unitsBackground in industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantageComfortable working in culturally diverse teams across various organizational levelsProficient in using ERP systems for financial operationsStrong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solvingClear and effective communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independentlyFluency in English (B2+) is required#LI-HYBRIDABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY
