Human by nature.Raw Material and Tolling PlannerOverall mission:To apply analytical methods and tools to improve tolling operations within the supply chain, ensuring planning, scheduling, and management of raw materials and finished products. Support global/regional supply chain project teams in decision-making and execution to maximize the effectiveness of our supply chain. You will be based in Budapest and report to the Regional Tolling Manager.You will:

  • Manage the planning process for tolling operations, ensuring daily scheduling and management of raw materials and finished goods to ensure efficient production and delivery
  • Maintain decision models to cost-justify logistics solutions and improve procurement costs, delivery processes, and order flow
  • Capture, analyse, and update demand forecasts in the system (DP toolkit) to enhance forecast accuracy and minimize production costs
  • Resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to ensure appropriate inventory levels while optimizing service levels
  • Collaborate with logistics management teams to improve service levels and maintain supply chain efficiency
  • Support continuous improvements in processes, tools, reports, and Indicators that enhance customer service, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Support global/regional projects with data collection, extraction, enrichment, and analysis related to tolling operations

You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, or related fields, with a focus on tolling processes
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and ordering of raw materials and finished products
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, SAP ECC & BI
  • Knowledge of production planning, inventory management principles, and financial statements
  • Analytical knowledge with experience of tools like MS Excel for ad hoc data analysis
  • APICS certification preferred
