Role Purpose

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop and test new advanced processing technologies, including equipment and tool design
-Manage cable development projects
-Analyze process data and statistics to improve processing capabilities
-Harmonize and optimize cable manufacturing processes to ensure easy and quick transfers between locations and production lines
-Communicate and document results in technical reports and presentations
-Monitor new trends in cable production technologies
-Collaborate closely with other development departments within the global organization
-Drive high innovation intensity (filed patents, published papers, presentations, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field
-3 years of experience in a development/engineering department
-Proficiency in English and Polish
-Strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering
-Knowledge of statistics
-Familiarity with fiber optic cable constructions and materials (preferred but not required)
-Excellent communication and global teamwork skills
-Experience in project management
-Willingness to work at different locations (up to 25% travel)
-Experience in plastic processing (nice to have)
