✔ Strong Industry Reputation – Join a well-established organization recognized for its advanced research, technical excellence, and market-driven innovation.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee multiple innovation and product renovation projects, ensuring efficient progression and effective resource management.Research and Development: Conduct literature evaluations, design and execute experiments, and analyze data to develop new cosmetic ingredients.Team Leadership: Guide and mentor laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, QA/QC, regulatory, and applied R&D teams to align projects with market trends and customer needs.Technical Reporting: Generate comprehensive technical reports, standard operating procedures, and present findings in internal and global research meetings.Professional Skills:Strong knowledge of Cosmetic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Analytical Chemistry.Proven ability to manage multiple new product development projects simultaneously.Experience in people management and development.Problem-solving skills and knowledge of Quality Management (GMP) procedures.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).Organized, creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a collaborative environment.Fluency in written and spoken English.Basic scale-up knowledge.Qualifications:A master’s degree in Chemical Science, C.T.F, Material Science, or similar.Previous experience (5-10 years) in cosmetics or food ingredients.PhD in chemistry or other physical science with 5+ years, MS with 10+ years, or BS with 15+ years of beauty industry R&D lab experience, including 5+ years managing R&D teams.If you are passionate about driving innovation in cosmetic ingredients and have the qualifications and experience outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity
