R&D Process Engineer in Nantes, France

This position on the Packaging Process Engineering team is located at the R&D Excellence Center in Nantes , France and is accountable for new product scale up, commercialization, process optimization, and quality improvement. The position will be focused on supporting the Packaging Coatings division, including making lab batches, defining process conditions, traveling (20%) to observe production batches, and leveraging knowledge of both operations and technical staff.

In this position you will manage a team of 2 lab.technicians and the lab equipment associated.
