• Balance multiple tasks within assigned projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality results for multiple customer requests.
• Host and manage customer visits, preparing and delivering presentations for events such as kick-offs.
• Facilitate the progress of project activities, ensuring all tasks are on track.
• Support project timelines and ensure adherence to project plans agreed with customers.
• Manage customer happiness and project tasks, facilitating seamless communication within project teams.
• Foster positive interactions among team members.
• Update project and billing plans on the database platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the finance department with project billing activities.
• Develop proposals for changes of scope and project expansions, based on guidelines from technical teams. Candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Assist the quotation team in generating proposals for technical changes and responding to customer requests for additional services.

Requirements

• **Education:**

A BA or MS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience to a PhD is highly valued but not required.

• **Technical Knowledge:**

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Internet usage.1. Preferably, a background in pharmaceuticals or previous experience in an R&D company.

• **Professional Experience:**

1-3 years of experience in a technical field or related area (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical Trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial Awareness, Customer Contact).

• **Languages:**

Proficient in English. Knowledge of a second language would be advantageous.

• **Personality Traits:**

Exceptionally organized and diligent.Ability to strictly prioritize multiple tasks.Proven problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills.Strong customer and result orientation.Strong proficiency in presenting information, actively listening, delivering messages effectively, showing empathy, and proactively engaging in tasks.
