Our client, a leading Irish law firm with representative offices globally, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the largest Real Estate team in Ireland, known for structuring complex real estate transactions and providing comprehensive consultancy services.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive consultancy services to clients
• Structure complex real estate transactions
• Advise banks, developers, state agencies, corporates, multinationals and both private equity and institutional investors
• Manage multiple clients and a busy workload
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Partner with senior business stakeholders

What you bring:Be admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales.

• 1 – 4 PQE from a top- or mid-tier firm (or smaller boutique property practice)
• Experience in real estate is a necessity
• Excellent academics
• Strong focus on client service
• Ability to manage multiple clients and a busy workload
• Pro-active approach to work
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
