Our partner is an internationally recognized company operating in the real estate and retail sector, offering a stable background and long-term career opportunities. They are currently looking for an Real Estate Manager to play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s expansion strategy in Hungary.Tasks:

• Market monitoring: Identifying new location opportunities (premises, land plots, projects) and closely observing competitors’ activities and real estate market trends.
• Strategy development: Participating in the creation and updating of the national expansion strategy.
• Business planning: Gathering necessary data, preparing presentations and business plans, and presenting new opportunities to executive management.
• Collaboration: Working closely with construction, finance, operations, and legal departments during the due diligence process of new locations.
• Negotiations: Managing contract negotiations and agreements with landlords.
• Relationship management: Building and maintaining professional relationships with landlords, developers, mall operators, investment funds, brokers, state institutions, and retailers in Hungary.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports and supporting the Expansion Director.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Expansion or Commercial department at a reputable real estate agency, retail company, or real estate developer.
• Market knowledge: Excellent understanding of the local real estate market and lease contracts.
• Education: University degree in business, economics, construction, or legal fields.
• Language skills: Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, proactiveness, decision-making ability, and self-motivation.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and a valid driving license.
