INnCREASE ( )is an agile organization acting as an innovation promoter and as a partner for the implementation of international innovative and educational projects, especially in cooperation with local authorities and supporting sustainable and inclusive urban transformation.We are currently looking for a new enthusiastic collaborator in Warsaw (mostly remote work) to support the implementation of our ongoing projects and services, the main of them being:– The role of CIVITAS Ambassador in Poland and acting as the Secretariat of CIVINET Polska (area of sustainable mobility, close collaboration with municipalities)– Horizon Europe project UTOPIZE – Urban Transformation Through Open Participation And Inclusivity For Citizen EmpowermentThe new member will be also involved in the preparation of new projects and initiatives, as well as support to new Erasmus+ projects that might start later in 2025.Typical activities will include the organisation of events (e.g. webinars, study visits), collaboration with NGOs or local authorities, schools, and teachers, translation into Polish and dissemination of project materials, communication, and promotion of projects to various target groups (incl. social media moderation), elaboration of project documentation, organisation, and active participation in partnership meetings, monitoring and agglomerating information about new and current project calls, both national and international.What we are looking for:● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic approach to new challenges● Analytical skills● Ability to self-manage and proactively identify & prioritize tasks for multiple concurrent projects under time pressure● Excellent verbal and written skills in English (job’s tasks require preparation of reports and publications in English)● Flexibility and availability for international travels and out-of-office assignments● Organizational, creative problem solving and structured communication skills● Entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and work ethic● Education or final years of studies in fields of: urban studies, European studies, geography, sociology, economics, and related will be an asset.● Previous experience favored (also a volunteer), ideally in a similar area● Previous experience in acting in international and multi-cultural environments will be an asset● Experience in collaboration with local authorities will be highly valued● Acquaintance with innovation support measures and R&DI funding programmes (national and/or European) will be an asset● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)What we offer:● Work within international teams for the execution of interesting and innovative projects● Opportunity for quick development of useful skills and new competencies in the dynamic, international environment of experts and scholars● New challenges and personally defined targets● Flexible working conditions, the possibility to work remotely , the volume of a contract agreed individually (min. 30h/week) – an opportunity to combine work with study.● International travels and short-term trainings abroadInterested candidates are welcome to send their application/CV to .
