As a Front Office Agent at The Plein Hotel you will deliver excellence within our guest experience with every interaction. • Friendly and efficient check in and check out of the highest standard.
• Answering all guest enquiries.
• Providing information about the hotel and the local area to our guests.
• Supporting the rest of the Front of House team to provide an excellent welcome and departure experience for all of our guests and visitors.

With destination dining, a curated selection of bars and nightclub hosting must-attend parties and pop-up events, it’s a place to see and be seen.RequirementsThe ideal candidate has a higher degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management or Business Administration. She/he has developed at least 3 years of experience as Front Office Agent in Five-Star Luxury Hotels.What You Bring: 

• Very good command of English and Italian (spoken and written)
• General knowledge of hotel departments
• Warm, genuine and approachable character
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience
• The care to deliver truly memorable experiences for our guests
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS will be considered a plus
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
