UN(E) RECEPTIONNISTE H/F

VOS MISSIONS

• Accueillir et assurer la prise en charge de la clientèle à l’arrivée et au départ
• Renseigner la clientèle sur les services de l’hôtel et les conditions de séjour
• Effectuer les tâches administratives relatives au bon fonctionnement du service
• Se coordonner avec les autres services pour satisfaire au mieux la clientèle
• Garantir le meilleur service client tout au long du séjour en appliquant les standards du Groupe Mandarin Oriental

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• Disponibilité pour horaires de nuit
• Expérience réussie à un poste similaire dans un établissement de même catégorie
• Organisation, rigueur et discrétion
• Excellente présentation
• Esprit d’initiative et disponibilité
• Excellent relationnel et goût pour le contact avec la clientèle
• Anglais courant
• Maîtrise d’une 3ème langue appréciée (Mandarin, Arabe, Russe)

• Welcome and take care of customers on arrival and departure
• Inform customers about hotel services and conditions of stay
• Perform administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the department
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize customer satisfaction
• Guarantee the best customer service throughout the stay by applying Mandarin Oriental Group standards.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Availability for night shifts
• Successful experience in a similar position in an establishment of the same category
• Organized, rigorous and discreet
• Excellent presentation skills
• Initiative and availability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for customer contact
• Fluent in English
• Fluency in a 3rd language appreciated (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian)
