We’re looking for a passionate, driven, multilingual Spanish-Speaking 360 Recruiter with previous recruitment experience – ideally within hospitality or culinary roles – to specialize in chef recruitment in Spain while actively contributing to business development and client growth .

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves recruitment, culinary talent, and building commercial relationships.

About the Role

* Experience managing full 360 recruitment cycles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers).
* Proven ability to conduct business development: identifying prospects, contacting new clients, pitching services, and growing accounts.
* Strong client management skills with experience maintaining and developing long-term commercial relationships.
* Ability to source and build pipelines of international chef and hospitality talent.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with both independent and team-based work.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (additional languages beneficial).
* Strong understanding or interest in the hospitality and culinary sectors.
* Confident using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital sourcing platforms.
* Proactive, commercially minded, and motivated to grow COREcruitment’s chef division across Europe.

* Proven recruitment experience – hospitality, culinary, or agency backgrounds highly valued.
* Strong commercial mindset: networking, pitching, and BD come naturally to you.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Passion for hospitality and the culinary world.
