• Strategic Showers of Brilliance: Partner with our Recruitment Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are as watertight as our best-selling power shower. We’re looking for someone who can drain the talent pool and find the absolute best.
• Process Plumbing Perfection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and high-priority roles. Think of it as installing a bespoke wet room – intricate, detailed, and utterly rewarding when it’s done right.
• Candidate Experience, Gleaming Like Chrome: Ensure every candidate feels valued, from initial application to onboarding. We want to create a journey as smooth as a polished ceramic sink.
• Employer Branding That’s a Real Head-Turner: Collaborate with marketing to build a brand that attracts top talent like a magnet. We want to be the bath bomb of the employer market!
• Analytical Ablutions: Dive deep into recruitment data, identify trends, and implement cutting-edge solutions. We need someone who can unblock any recruitment bottlenecks.
• Team Tap Support: Mentor and guide our Recruitment Coordinators, ensuring compliance and best practices. You’ll be the overflow of knowledge!

What You’ll Bring to the Bathroom (Sorry, Boardroom):

• Extensive and demonstrably successful experience in recruitment. We need someone who’s not afraid to get their hands wet.
• A deep understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law. You’ll know your pipework from your plumbing fixtures.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be able to build relationships that are as strong as our reinforced shower hoses.
• Superior organisational and time management skills. You’ll be able to handle a high-pressure environment with ease.
• Advanced proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools. You’ll be a power shower of tech knowledge.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach. You’ll be able to fix any recruitment issue that comes your way.
• A genuine passion for recruitment and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You’ll love the flow of a successful recruitment process.
• Bonus Points for: High volume Recruitment, Customer Service Recruitment (Call Centre/Live Chat Environment) or Specialist Tech Recruitment experience.
