Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Benelux Life Science Division, your key responsibilities will include:

* Cold Calling & Business Development: Contact Dutch or French-speaking clients and candidates in the Benelux region, spending significant time on the phone to generate new business and manage job orders.
* Market Focus: Build a network in the Benelux life science sector, with a strong focus on Dutch or French markets.
* Managing the Full Recruitment Process: Once trained, manage the entire recruitment cycle-from sourcing candidates to final placement.
* Market Building: Develop and grow your client and candidate base, establishing strong relationships to drive revenue.

We want Dutch or French speakers with fluent English, who are highly motivated and eager to succeed. You don’t need a degree , but you should possess:
