Apply now!Learn more:Contract type: TemporaryLocation: WarsawProfessional level: ExperiencedReporting to: Center Process ManagerRecruitment Specialist (with Serbian and English)Position Purpose:The position exists to ensure a pipeline of candidates for existing vacancies by proactively searching for candidates, confirming their interest, and preparing a long list for further discussionsWhat will you do – Responsibilities:

• Delivering and managing end to end recruitment process for each assigned vacancy in the scope in line with company’s Talent Attraction standards and metrics (setting briefing call, job posting in line with sourcing strategy, long list creation, short list creation based on competencies based interviews, Hiring Manager interviews coordination, Job Offer stage support)
• Becoming reliable business partner for local HR and Hiring Managers on responsible markets in the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidates experience for all internal and external candidates, providing timely feedback during the process on all recruitment steps
• Providing each Hiring Manager with guidance to ensure their awareness of the process and compliance requirements and market factors, advising on the best and most effective recruitment channel
• Manage related reporting and ensure timely communication with Hiring Manager and local HR during the process
• Cooperation with the Talent Advisor to ensure proper Talent pipeline for the each vacant role

Who are we looking for – Requirements:

• University degree
• At least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience as a recruiter, agency experience is an added value
• Experience working with international clients and candidates, in a Shared Service environment, HR experience would be extremely beneficial
• Serbian and English- fluent, other language would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of the Talent Attraction/ Acquisition process
• Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: interviewing and time management skills
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
• Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus
• MS Office package user
