• title/degree: doctoral degree in the discipline of management and quality studies;
• knowledge of management, organisational science, modern business models;
• readiness for scientific development;
• academic achievements in the field of management and quality studies;
• readiness to conduct classes in accordance with the organizational needs

of the Faculty of Economics; * teaching experience in the above-mentioned scope (professional experience is also welcome);

• conducting classes in Polish;
