Regional Country Head – Innovative Agriculture

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic plan for the sub-region, aligned with broader European goals.
* Oversee the sub-region’s financial performance, achieving EBITDA targets and optimizing cash flow.
* Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to maximize the potential of the company’s product offerings.
* Define and manage annual sales budgets, contributing to long-term strategic planning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance supply chain and operations processes.
* Partner with marketing and R&D teams to support innovation and market expansion.
* Lead and develop the local team, fostering skills growth and performance excellence.
* Forge strategic partnerships with key accounts and third-party collaborators.
Key Requirements
* A bachelor’s degree in agrochemical, chemical, business economics, or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in general management, sales management, or senior sales roles within an international setting.
* Proven ability to lead teams and implement commercial growth strategies in a competitive market.
* Strong understanding of financial management, project execution, and strategic planning.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage at an executive level.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
* Independent and goal-oriented, with excellent team-building capabilities and a commercial mindset.
* A solid track record in marketing, business development, or territory-specific sales.
Additional Information
This is a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Northwest Europe, with approximately 20% travel across the Nordic and Baltic countries.
