Join Citi’s BTSS Team in Budapest and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment!Business & Travel Shared Services (BTSS) is a global organization of over 400 employees with presence in more than 80 countries that supports Citi Businesses and Functions with products including Archiving, Corporate Card, Vehicle Program, Managed Print, Mail & Distribution, Transaction Print, Marketing Print, Global Travel, Office Supplies & Stationery as well as other Business Partner Services.This position will execute and provide support to activities across products and countries for the EMEA Region, following a centralized hub model, and reports to the In-Country Business Services Lead. The chosen candidate will need to partner with the BTSS Country/Cluster/Product Leads to ensure full alignment and deliver minimum operating standards. This role is primarily a Production and Operations role processing transactions and delivering services within BTSS.Responsibilities:BTSS Billing and Invoicing:

• Review invoices to ensure accuracy
• Raise purchase orders / requisitions (POs)
• Invoice Processing
• Process allocation of charges to businesses

Help / Support:

• Address customer inquiries, FAQ, entitlements, etc. (via email or ServiceNow)
• Communicate timely and effectively with EMEA country managers
• Proactively escalate issues to affected parties
• Collaborate with partners and seek best practices and propose efficiency solutions

Ideal background:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
• Good communication skills in English
• 2 + years administrative or operational support experience in a corporate, service-oriented environment
• High proficiency of Microsoft Office (Power BI expertise would be an advantage)
• Ability to present to business partners and/or leaders to gain approval
• Effective time management, documentation and organizational skills
