Furthermore, corporate functions are also present, such as logistics, finance, controlling, purchasing, communication and human resources.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities

• Define and implement regional Business Unit reference pricing strategies (including feature and reference pricing logic) aligned with global and regional pricing teams as well as the Business Unit pricing framework.
• Support decisions on regional Business Unit price positioning and oversee its implementation.

Job Tasks

• Serve as an analytical think tank for internal and market data pricing requests, focusing on automation and pricing intelligence.
• Ensure effective implementation of pricing guidelines in collaboration with regional teams.
• Develop and implement guidelines for reference price lists by segment, considering price elasticity and competitive dynamics, in partnership with the Global Pricing Manager.
• Manage operational pricing processes (OIC release).
• Oversee reference price setting, including managing price adjustments.

QualificationsWhich requirements are important to us?Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Database Management or related field (Master is a plus).– Experience: You have extended experience with analytical tools (SPSS, Excel), BI Software and other Pricing Softwares. Nice to have: SAP knowledge– Personality: You have detail-oriented mindset, good communication and analytical skills. You are able to think systematically and translate insights into action. You are capable of explain complex data to broader audience.– Working practice: You have experience in data management, data analysis and data driven business steering.– Languages: You are fluent in English.
