We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Regional Technical Lead who can inspire and motivate a team of dedicated professionals to respond to the engineering needs required to support volunteers & staff in saving lives at sea, maintaining some of the most prestigious and technologically advanced equipment at the RNLI.About the roleAs part of the Regional Leadership Team (RLT) you will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure Lifesaving Operations delivers its core service in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. You will be a role model of RNLI leadership to all staff and volunteers in the region, responsible for leading teams who deliver technical and engineering support.Responsibilities will include:
