Your main duties will include supporting residents with personal care, administering and managing medication safely, and creating tailored care plans that promote wellbeing and independence.Youll lead shifts, guide and mentor care staff, and contribute to a positive team culture that puts residents first. • Adhering to all NMC, CQC and local authority standards and guidelines including the NMC code of professional conduct
• Acting as an advocate for our patients and residents

Enhanced Pay RatesWe offer additional pay for work completed on weekends and bank holidays:

• Weekends An extra£0.50 per hour
• Bank Holidays An extra£1.00 per hour
