Our residential and community support services are designed to empower individuals, promote independence, and ensure high-quality care.We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team, ensuring CQC compliance, staff development, and outstanding service delivery.About the roleRegistered Manager – Key Responsibilities✔ Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers.
✔ Ensure care is tailored to individual needs, following best practices and CQC regulations.
✔ Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring smooth operations and high standards.
✔ Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, protecting the rights and well-being of those in our care.
✔ Build strong relationships with families, carers, and professionals.
✔ Manage resources, care plans, and staffing, ensuring effective service delivery.What We’re Looking For✅ At least two years of experience in a care setting, with one year in a supervisory or management role.
✅ A Level 3 qualification in “Working with Adults and Young People” (or equivalent).
✅ A willingness to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
✅ Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and care regulations.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Level 4 or 5 in “Leadership and Management” or equivalent management qualification.
• Significant experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and associated conditions.
• Solid up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the Care sector and the regulatory framework to include CQC regulations including registration requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-site delivery and operational management.
• Budget holding experience.
