Job DescriptionRegistered Manager
Full-time 40 hours per week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary £43,500 per annum – increasing to £46,500 after 1 year and training completed.A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee and manage a settled 3 bed residential children’s home in Llanelli.Your role will be to directly support the organisation through the management of its services for children who have either emotional, mental health issues and/or other related trauma. You will work with children and will be instrumental in the management of the support in preparing them for their future by ensuring that their education, physical and emotional needs are met effectively. You will be supported by an established team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers.Job Requirements

• You will need a strong track record in a care environment such as supported living, residential care or health service.
• You will need your QCF level 5 Health and Social Care CYP and should be keen to progress further.
• You will need to be registered with Social Care Wales or almost immediately ready to do this.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team.
• An eye for detail and the desire to achieve quality of the most pristine standards.
• An enthusiastic, driven and motivated nature is a must. This is essential for delivering the culture of the organisation and its can-do attitude.
• A belief in giving your personal best at all times and striving for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on call
