• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, performing assessments, planning, and implementing individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and offer treatments in compliance with established medical protocols.
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs, evaluating symptoms, and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide education to patients and their families on health management, treatment procedures, and recovery plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in your country, or eligibility for registration in Ireland.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly desired.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and compassion.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills to work effectively within a healthcare team.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and embrace a new cultural and professional experience.
