Description Overview

We are seeking a final-year student to join our Regulatory Affairs team and support ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain their first professional experience in the field. The candidate should be available for at least 30-35 hours per week.

Scope of the Role
-Support of Regulatory Affairs team members in administrative activities
-Assist in Maintaining Product Information Files (PIF) for cosmetic products
-Assist in collecting and review of raw material documents
-Assist in maintaining regulatory databases and files
-Supervision over the correct circulation of documents and their archiving
-Check correctness of packaging materials graphic designs (artworks)
-Assist in review of promotional materials

Experience Required
-Student in the final years of a life science program: Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry, Biotechnology.
-Fluency in English and Polish required.
-Availability: Minimum 30 hours per week.
-Office presence: Minimum 2 days per week.
