Regulatory Affairs Manager – Biocontrol & Semio-Chemical Solutions

Location: Anywhere in Europe (remote-friendly)

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced regulatory professional with solid Active Substance expertise looking to transition into the biocontrol and semi-chemical sector. The role provides the chance to shape regulatory strategy across a broad and evolving portfolio, working closely with R&D, development, and commercial teams to support innovative products from early development through approval.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate EU regulatory dossiers for active substances and formulations under Regulation 1107/2009
* Lead regulatory strategy for new and renewal submissions at EU and national levels
* Coordinate data gap analysis, study monitoring, and dossier preparation
* Act as a key interface with EU regulatory authorities, including Rapporteur Member States and EFSA
* Support internal stakeholders with regulatory guidance across development, marketing, and commercial teams
* Contribute to regulatory activities related to fertilisers and biostimulants under Regulation 2019/1009 where applicable

Key Requirements:

* Strong experience with Active Substance registrations in the agrochemical sector
* Proven ability to manage EU regulatory dossiers and submissions
* Knowledge of EU regulatory procedures under Regulation 1107/2009
* Experience in study monitoring, risk assessment, and technical dossier preparation
* Excellent communication skills; fluent English, additional European languages advantageous
* Ideally from a small to mid-sized company with broad exposure across regulatory functions
