Job Title: Registration Officer – PPP (Extra-EU Markets)

We are currently recruiting a Registration Officer with experience in Plant Protection Product (PPP) registrations for non-EU (Extra-EU) countries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in sustainable crop nutrition and crop protection, supporting international market access through regulatory excellence.

About the Role

The Registration Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation and submission of PPP registration dossiers for countries outside the European Union. This includes working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure all regulatory requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate the submission of registration dossiers for PPPs in Extra-EU countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations

Collaborate with internal teams including regulatory, R&D, and commercial functions to collect and validate necessary data
*

Maintain active communication with external consultants, local regulatory authorities, and partners to manage submission processes
*

Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory requirements across target countries and adjust strategies accordingly
*

Manage renewals, variations, and the overall lifecycle of product registrations
*

Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all regulatory activities

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
*

Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs related to PPPs, with a focus on Extra-EU markets (e.g., Latin America, Asia, Africa)
*

Solid understanding of international regulatory frameworks and data requirements for PPPs
*

Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
*

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage
*

Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
